About the Home Curator
About Anoush
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from McGill University and a certificate from Canadian Staging Professionals (CSP), as well as extensive experience in professional staging and downsizing. Beginning my work career as an Executive Assistant in Toronto, after moving here from Montréal in the mid-nineties, I started collaborating with Real Estate agents, preparing homes to sell at top dollar by professionally staging them. I have been working in home staging and personal decor since 2008, when I started my own home staging company. When not directing my energies towards home staging for real estate, I work extensively as a re-designer and declutterer, curating homes in Toronto & the GTA, Oakville, Montréal, and the Québec Laurentians.
I'm the mother of two adult girls, and I live in Toronto with my husband. Our home is decorated in a classic style.
My design approach
Since being established in 2012, The Home Curator, a local Toronto company emphasizing design through reusing and curating what you already own, has made many clients very happy! With a simple, stress-free, and "no snobby designer" approach, The Home Curator delivers your wishlist look for your home -- and we do it affordably and in a fun and involved way.
You get to take control of your favourite objects and pieces, and you get things done. Organised. Edited. Curated.
I let my client determine the important aspects of the projects at hand, not the other way around. I collaborate with you, my client, to succeed and get what you want and can afford. To redesign your space with what you own - by tweaking and showcasing your treasures - we can get your home to look like what you've imagined it could look, finally!
Get in touch with me, The Home Curator, to see how and when to get started. You can't ever regret finally "getting it done."
